  • Condition: This is a great horn. I inherited a batch of horns from my Dad, and was originally planning to keep it. As a new trumpet player (3 months in), I decided to keep student models instead and sell the professional axes. But oh...I hate to see it go. This trumpet is well spoken of online and are typically listed for double the cost of what this is priced at. All of the valves and slides move with ease. The lacquer has noticeable wear from use.     Description

    YAMAHA YTR 634 Rare, Early Model. Serial # 01749
    Selling one of my dad’s trumpets that he left me.
    There’s not a lot of information for the manufacturing year online for this, but based on the serial number, this is a very early model. The horn plays and functions well. All of the valves/Finger buttons are very responsive and slides are easily removed. There is noticeable lacquerware throughout the instrument. Please see pictures.
    Also, one of the pearl tips (not the button) was replaced.
    Comes with Yamaha mouthpiece, NO case. Extreme care will be taken when packaging. I’ve already been told by a few other people that my packing is a little overboard.
