Item Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition. Expect signs of moderate to heavy use,
scuffs, scrapes, scratches and dings on instrument and mute. Finger hook looks to have been
Removed by the previous owner. (see photos) Some of the finish has worn off,
expect some tarnish. Instrument has not been cleaned or polished. Surface has been left alone to
preserve the natural patina. Some age discoloration/ color fading may be present on case,
and lining. Some cracks  on the edges/corners of case. Some of the canvas surface of the
case has worn away,  exposing the wood underneath. Some exposed nail heads. Scuffs, scrapes,
dings, tape residue and other marks on the outside of the case and handle. Appx 1in hole in case
lining, other smaller holes, scuffs, friction marks and other wear marks in lining are present, dust in
crevices.
Other defects due to the manufacturing process may be present.
