Vintage Novelty Fire Extinguisher Musical Ceramic Decanter.
Novelty musical ceramic fire extinguisher decanter.  Wind up is on the bottom.  It plays "How Dry I Am" and the man spins around on the light post.  The top removes for filling and there is a spout with a plastic plug in place.  The front label states:  For Emergency Use Only.  The back label states:  Thirst Extinguisher - Dispense Freely for Best Results - To Refill Call Your Host - Keep Available for Emergency.  Has a sticker on the bottom:  Made in Japan.  Measures 9" high x 3-3/8" diameter base.  Weighs 1 pound 5 ounces unpackaged.
The fire extinguisher has a screw missing on the bottom.  The music box plays.  There are also some scratch marks with paint loss and the stickers on both the front and back are faded.  Being sold "AS IS."
