Vintage Fire Whistle and Extinguisher Beacon Devices & Pyrene Free USA Shipping!

I have a Vintage Beacon Devices Fyr-Larm Whistle and a Presto C.B.?(Not sure if this is the brand, I was told it maybe Presto.  I don't see any brand/maker info on this).Extinguisher for sale.  They feel like they intact with product.  I am not sure of the working condition.  The brass extinguisher has some red tape for some reason on the side of it.  It also has a mounting bracket as well.  The Red Whistle is stamped on the side saying Beacon Devices Inc. No. Tonawanda N.Y. B.D. Inc. ICC-3E 1800 9-49 GROSS WEIGHT 2 LB. 5-1/2 OZ.   The label says Syracuse Fyr-Larm Co. Inc. Syracuse N.Y.  Please review the pictures for added details and feel free to ask questions.
