Vintage Brass INDIAN Backpack Fire Extinguisher Pump Handle. Manufactured by the D.B. Smith & Company, Utica, N.Y. The pump handle has been machine buffed, hand polished, had a new label applied and then clear coated. The black wooden handle has also been repainted. It is in overall excellent condition. Handle measures approx. 26" in the closed position and 40" fully extended. This auction is for the pump handle only and not the backpack. The last picture just shows what it looks like if it were attached to the backpack.
