    Description

    Offered here is a spectacular Davidson College vintage letterman sweater worn by a Wildcats athlete in the mid-20th century.  The cardigan style, button-up sweater is tagged Faul & Crymes of Charlotte NC in the collar with fly tags showing size 42 and identifying the manufacturer as Coane of Philadelphia, Pennsylvnia.  Davidson is famous for its basketball program and high end credentials as a top liberal arts school.  Steph Curry went there.
    Details and condition:
    Black wool sweater with maroon chenille letter D sewn on chest.
    Size: 42. Armpit to armpit measures approx. 20 inches. Length measuring from the back from collar seam to bottom of sweater measures approx. 26 1/2 inches.
    Sweater does have a few small holes. Otherwise in very good vintage condition. No Stains
