  • Condition: RARE post-WWII Victory Trumpet (Ditson?) 1945-49 Made in Germany under Soviet occupation (After WWII - Before the formation of East Germany). Polished bright yellow raw brass. Great, SUPER CLEAN, vintage pre-owned condition. TESTED, CLEANED & LUBED. NO DEEP DENTS OR BENDS. There are a lot of minor dings, but they are all small and shallow. All tubing is straight. Appears to have been well cared for over the last 70+ years (aside from the dings). Valves and slides lubed with Hetman #2. Valves and slides move fairly freely (3rd valve slide is not finger-triggered, and sticks a bit especially if 3rd valve isn't depressed). Appears to have good compression. Valve caps and bottoms screw on/off smoothly. One water key is missing. It looks like a vintage Olds Ambassador (trumpet or cornet) water key would match the existing one nicely.     RARE post-WWII Victory Trumpet (Ditson?) 1945-49 Made in Germany under Soviet occupation (After WWII - Before the formation of East Germany).  Polished bright yellow raw brass.
    Condition
