    Description

    Here's a TERRIFIC Selmer 23A Balanced Action trumpet in SILVER PLATE.
    The Selmer Balanced horns are a breed apart. Made to be balanced in the trumpet player's hands, one of these instruments was used by the great Louis Armstrong. This model features a .459 bore and has a big sweet sound that cannot be found in any other trumpet. This one, which we place at the 1950 vintage, is in excellent condition. Original silver plate shows very little wear and looks quite nice. Valves are excellent and this horn plays GREAT. Includes a nice used Reunion Blues gig bag, but no mouthpiece.
