Instrument close to new condition
From S.E. Shires: medium bore (.454) trumpet with an extra lightweight bell with a brass beadwire that has a slightly thinner gauge than we normally use. This horn is built to be as responsive as possible with incredibly efficiency and response. The C stands for our broad taper bell which will also help give breadth to the sound. This horn is most likely an early version of our CVLA-M horn which is a staple of our catalog today!
Technical condition:
valve and slides move smoothly and lightly, very good compression
Visual condition:
no dents, minimal dings, lacquer finish: about 99% remains, dent job sign at bell, with minimal signs of use
Finish:
lacquered instrument, factory lacquer finish
