My father worked at Lucent Technologies and met Rico Petrocelli at an Employee Appreciation Celebration.  At this celebration, which took place on July 13, 2000, my father asked Rico to sign his hat!
Hat was only worn on the day of the celebration and is in great condition (see photos).
Hat comes with poster outlining information about the event.
