    Authentic and rare 2002 Puerto Rico Borinquen Caribbean Islands commemorative 50th Anniversary of the Island as a Commonwealth license plate auto tag in good used condition.  Difficult to find one of these that is not completely faded by the Caribbean sun!!!  Has Puerto Rican and United States flags with shield of Puerto Rico in the middle.  This was an OPTIONAL SPECIALTY plate issued for 1 year only.  NO SALES TO PUERTO RICO......SORRY!!!!!  NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  This is a cancelled plate being sold for collectible purposes only.
