This auction is for an authentic hand signed Phil Niekro genuine NY Yankees game hat. This hat was signed in my presence with Mr. Niekro on 10-6-1985 at the departure gate from Lester B. Pearson Int'l Airport. The Yankees had finished their series with the Blue jays and were flying out right after the game. Mr. Niekro had just earned his 300th Victory by beating the Toronto Blue Jays. He signed it and added 300 and the date of 10-6-85. This hat has been authenticated by JSA and comes with their numbered hologram and matching COA card, VV24432. Mr. Niekro signed three of these NY Yankees hats for me that day. I had just received the 3 hats from the NY Yankees equipment manager! The hat is a New Era fitted cap, size 7 1/4. Back in the day, often times, hats, pants, were shared and this hat shows some use on the inside of the brim on the band. Who knows who may have worn it! We will combine shipping for items purchased within a 5 day period, payment is due within 48 hours of auction end.  We generally ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  We no longer ship internationally.

a justifiable reason to attempt to return a card to us.  If there is ever a reason for a buyer to disagree with the professional grade assigned by a professional grader, that should be taken up with that professional grading company that graded that card.  We provide the description that the professional grading company assigned to the card and we are responsible for its delivery.  We cannot guarantee how a card will be evaluated by another 3rd party grading company.
