Description
The Corps Solo was developed with drum corp and outdoor performance venues in mind. The rim is rounded on the outside and medium round with soft bite on the inside. The inside diameter is a generous .656". The cup is shallow (similar to Bach E). This rim and cup combination is geared toward high note playing. Combined with the Legends S backbore and heavyweight blank, this mouthpiece has elements needed for intensity and endurance in the upper register, with great projection and solid core of sound. The Corps Solo is perfect for high energy solos and group performances in stadiums or arenas where you want to be heard in the Press Box!
