You are looking at a Vintage Kidde Vaporizing Type Fire Extinguisher. Brass in solid shape with patina. Has readable face/info plate,  It has some wear as expected for a piece this old. It measures about 13"h x 3"dia.
It may have some dings associated with a piece this old.
