Return Policy
At Majestic Auto Parts, we will try to provide the right part all the time. However, if a need arises to return a product for any uncertain reason, Majestic will do it's best to service the customer always.
You may return a part within 30 days of your order, if the part is:
Accompanied by an authorized RGA #, which you can obtain from a Majestic Customer representative.
The part is not damaged or missing components.
The part can't be used or damage to improper installation.
Must be in the original packaging along with all accessories and instructions.
We will not accept returns on Installed parts unless under warranty or defective
We will not accept returns on parts that have been installed on the wrong vehicle
Once the part is returned and meets the requirements above, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and the credit will be applied in the same method the original payment was made. The only instance where a restocking fee will not apply is when the said product is defective or an error was made due to Majestic Auto Parts.
Warranty
Majestic Auto Parts oil pans come with a lifetime warranty. If any product is shown to be defective due to material or workmanship, Majestic Auto Parts will provide a onetime replacement part or a onetime refund based on its discretion. This warranty covers the part only, no refunds will be given for labor, delay or any other costs related to the installation of the part.
