Babcock glass fire extinguisher

Babcock glass fire extinguisher. Elmira, NY. On the top there is a small piece that was broken off and  reattached at some point other than that I don't see any issues, still shows well. There is a large piece of salt on the bottom. This is filled with a non hazardous salt brine.  This will be placed in a ziplock bag it may have minor content leakage.
