Antique PYRENE 1 Qt. Brass Fire Extinguisher (Discharged) - Paris
This is an old portable, unpressurized brass Pyrene fire extinguisher,
which was m
ainly used as a portable fire extinguisher in cars and
could be refilled with their patented solution if needed. F
rom the second half of the 20th century which was filled with liquid antifreeze and strictly not electrified.

The fire extinguisher has a nice old patina and weighs around 42.33 oz (1200 grams) with a length of approximately 13 31/32" (35.5 cm) and a diameter of 3 5/32" (8 cm).
The Pyrene extinguisher is empty (discharged). It is in overall very good condition with some small dents and some very small areas of minor patina and wear due to age. The pump handle does move in and out but
the extinguisher is being sold as a collectible item only.
