    Description

    Antique Necco Art Deco style "Peach Blossoms" large glass candy display jar, 1920s. (Condition: "Fine+") This is a NO Reserve auction!
    The Necco Candy Company is probably American's oldest candy companies, and still in existence today.  (think Necco wafers..)
    Big, 4 pounds heavy, EXTRA clean, and positively RETRO cool!  Some call this the "skyscraper style" (as in the Chrysler Building, NYC)
    These large, handsome candy display jars used to be seen in drugstores across America during the 19th & early 20th-c., located on the countertop by the checkout register. (The Campbell's soup can should help you judge the actual size of this jar; looks to be gallon size.)
