1966 to 1969 B-Body 383 440 and 1970 1971 B & E-Body 383 applications 402 Oil Pan. Made From
Much Heaver Gauge Stee
l, than reproduction 402 oil pans with correct internal baffles as original.
This New RARE 402 MOPAR BRAND oil pan provides a higher degree of engine protection with heavy gauge steel. This pan weights approximately 7 pounds which is almost 2 pounds heavier than the black reproduction 402 oil pans. The metal gauge difference can be seen in the inside photos welded in baffles. In addition to heavier gauge metal the pan also has more spot welds to hold the baffles in place compared to the black reproduction 402 pan. The last photo shows an original 402 pan for reference.
