1940s Guam Government Motorcycle License Plate Original Hand Painted WWII

This plate is hand painted on thin steel. It dates to the World War II era. Guam motorcycle plates were home made until 1948. White on red hand painted colors indicates Government, according to the ALPCA online archives.
Size is roughly 9.5 inches by 5.5 inches.
This rare plate recently became available after being part of the prestigious collection of a long-time ALPCA member who is now retired from the hobby.
It is guaranteed to be real, authentic and genuine as described.
