    Description

    Glossy dark browrn and steel with lighter brown on the high points of the portrait, as well as the central reverse. There are several scratches across the reverse as well as a lamination just off the chin on the obverse. Struck slightly off center, the surfaces are smooth and glossy, with a readable date and legends although the top of ET LIB didn't make the planchet.
