    This cutter is super sharp, most of these are still coated in plastic. I removed the plastic from one to measure it, photo it and also to confirm that it was on size, plus it is stamped right on the shank 1.7952"
    Might be a resharp but guessing some company had them
    specially ground to this size and then didn't end up using
    these few that we ended up with.
    It will be very well protected during shipping to insure it arrives without any chips in the carbide.
    They all have some light corrosion on them under the plastic, I took a wire wheel and cleaned this one up in the photo but it didn't take long at all.
